Demountable prefabricated steel buildings

All panels, doors, windows, columns, trusses, purlins, roof covering materials, suspended ceilings, electrical equipment and sanitary equipment, if there is any, are packed separately.

All packed materials are loaded with cranes or forklifts to trucks for transportation.

All materials are delivered with packages as demounted

Welding of 2.0mm thickness cold-formed steel profiles with different sizes with column plates

Chemical treatment + RAL 7032 electrostatic powder dying

1.5mm thickness cold-formed steel profiles with different sizes are assembled with rivets to each other to form trusses.

Chemical treatment + RAL 7032 electrostatic powder (dying only applied to ends)

According to project size and place, purlins are formed with different thickness and sizes of steel profiles.

All cabling will be made above the suspended ceiling. Necessary cabling for receptacles and switches will be made inside the walls. It is possible to make the cabling for receptacles and switches through PVC cable trays mounted on the walls with an additional cost, if requested by the client. For every single building there will be a distribution panel inside the building. Distribution panel will be designed according to project and client requirements.
