Demountable, flat-pack containers
Containers are packed with its panels, doors, windows, columns and all necessary equipment in one package. Package height is 0.55cm.
Containers should be loaded and unloaded by using the eye-bolds at the bottom chassis.
It is possible to load the containers as flat-packed, completely demounted or assembled according to project, container dimensions, and quantities

After welding of cold-formed steel profiles with different sizes and thickness, the bottom chassis are ready for painting procedure. The bottom chassis are designed to bear 150kg/m2 load according to static analysis.
Chemical treatment + RAL 7032 electrostatic powder dying
After welding of cold-formed steel profiles with different sizes and thickness, the top chassis are ready for painting procedure. The top chassis are designed to bear 80kg/m2 load according to static analysis.

3. FLOORS & CEILINGS AND WALLS
3.1 Floors
The assembly of the floors is made after production and painting procedures.
Floor : 18mm OSB-3 + 2mm PVC vinyl flooring (18mm cement board will be used in
wet areas instead of 18mm OSB-3.)

1.00mt width & 40mm thickness of 40kg/m3 polyurethane sandwich panels are used
40mm polyurethane (Fire Class: B2- B3 (DIN 4102))
Both inner and outer surface of panels are covered with 0.4mm thickness of RAL 9002 polyester dyed galvanized sheet metals.
1.00mt width & 50mm thickness of 40kg/m3 polyurethane sandwich panels are used for both inner and outer walls.
Panel height: 2.30mt – Inner clear height: 2.27mt 50mm polyurethane
Both inner and outer surface of panels are covered with 0.4mm thickness of RAL 9002 polyester dyed galvanized sheet metals.
